When we got to our room the TV wouldn't work. We were then moved to another room. In this room the Wi-Fi did not work. The only help the desk offered was to give us a 1-800 to call to solve the problem. If the hotel offers the service it is their responsibility to solve the problem. The bath of the bathroom has multiple scratches in it that looked like someone had locked a dog in the bathroom at some time. It was apparent the scratches were old because places were beginning to rot and rust. The door should have been repaired or replaced long long ago. After midnight we were awakened by someone opening our door. Fortunately we had the slide lock on the door and they weren't able to come in. The desk had rented our room out when we were already in there. This was frightening. Upon checkout when the clerk asked how everything was and I told her she didn't say anything at all. Not even "I am sorry for the inconvenience." We should have received a discount for not being able to use wi-fi and all the problems we encountered. This could be such a nice hotel but there are cigarette butts and trash all along the sidewalks and it is apparent that the managers have no knowledge of upkeep.

Had a blast with friends staying here! We checked out the nearby WinStar Casino and enjoyed some outdoor fun at the playground. The place was spacious and had truck parking, a huge plus for us. Just keep in mind the breakfast options are a bit limited, so plan accordingly!

One downside was that the pool was out of service , disappointing.

I had a relaxing weekend here and loved the cozy atmosphere with complimentary snacks and the convenience of self-parking. The outdoor pool area was perfect for soaking up the sun, and I enjoyed the nearby fire pit for evening hangs. The only hiccup was the WiFi being a bit spotty, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊
